About Us
KP TECH is a corporate finance consulting company that conducts transactions inside and outside Germany. Our clients include multinationals as well as SMEs and private equity companies. From 2013 to 2019 KP TECH completed 25 transactions with a total volume of more than EUR 200 million – making these years the most successful years for KP TECH in Germany since its foundation in 2003.
60 transactions in German-speaking countries
Our clients benefit from the experience gained in 60 corporate finance transactions in which the buyer, seller or company to be financed was headquartered in the German-speaking area. More than 50% of our transactions are cross-border deals, i.e. either the buyer or the seller comes from a different country.
600 transactions worldwide
Within the Group more than 600 corporate finance projects have been successfully completed in various sectors worldwide. Our prestigious clients from the United States, Europe and Asia put their trust in our teams in Germany, North America, the UK and Scandinavia for buying and selling companies, arranging successions and procuring venture capital or private equity.
A team of 40 colleagues in the Group
Our Group employs a workforce of more than 40 at our offices in Munich (5-person team), London, and Philadelphia.

We are able to promptly evaluate any opportunities arising and react rapidly. Our advice results in a value added for our clients that is many times higher than our fee. We adopt our clients’ objectives as our own, a policy which is reflected in the fact that by far the larger part of our fee is performance-related. KP TECH works on the basis of strict ethical principles. We do not accept orders that might lead to a conflict of interests.
