Associate Partner (m/f)

to strengthen our team in Munich and other large cities.

After successful completion of your studies you acquired practical experience on the topics of M&A, Financial Advisory, Private Equity, Restructuring or IPO. You possess a very high level of independence, commitment, assertiveness, management experience and ability to think analytically.  You are mobile and flexible in your working hours.   • Studies of business administration, business information systems or engineering
  • >6 years professional experience
  • Track record of successfully completed corporate finance transactions
  • Experience in negotiating corporate finance transactions – high level of communication skills
  • Experience in acquiring new clients – own network at top management level
  • Very experienced in presentations in front of decision-makers at executive/ Management Board level
  • English business fluent
  • Able to work dependably and independently

Your area of work will be a very demanding one: ranging from client acquisition through detailed work on projects down to conducting negotiations.

  • Support in acquiring new clients
  • Project management – independent planning and implementing projects in all phases
  • Advising the client on implementing his/her project
  • Drawing up company analyses
  • Creating high-quality documentation (e.g. business plans, management presentations, Information Memoranda)
  • Conducting company evaluations in accordance with the latest standards
  • Financial modelling and structuring corporate finance transactions
  • Assistance with transaction negotiations

A very good command of English is a prerequisite for professional consulting in international projects (>50% cross-border) – not least because we are part of a worldwide corporate finance network and deal with clients across the globe.
